The Village
Arriving
There are two ways you can use to reach Anapama when you are already in Kefalonia:
Via Fiscardo: You reach Fiscardo and you go straight till you reach Foki beach. Go up the hill for about 2 min. and you will then come across the signpost for Tselendata. Continue straight. After a while, you will see on your right hand side a very small church-like replica with a little lamp and a cross. When you see this, turn right. After a few meters, you will reach a dead end where you need to park your car. Take the small path on your right, which starts below the house with the pool called To Throni and continue straight. After a few meters, you will see on your right a green door. You have arrived to Anapama.
Via Maganos: When you see Maganos sign, turn right. Continue straight and pass by Matsoukata. After a while, you arrive at a crossroad. On your left hand side you will see a very small church-like replica. Turn on your left. After a few meters, you will reach a dead end where you need to park your car. Take the small path on your right, which starts below the house with the pool called To Throni and continue straight. After a few meters, you will see on your right a green door. You have arrived to Anapama.
Anapama is located in Tselendata village, part of Erissos province and just 2 km away from cosmopolitan and -a little noisy in summer- Fiscardo, northwestern of Kefalonia. Tselendata is a quiet, traditional and picturesque village surrounded by green and beautiful natural paths. Being part of Erissos, one of the few places of Kefalonia not destroyed by the catastrophic earthquake of 1953, Tselendata has managed to keep part of its pre-earthquake character in terms of its architecture and style.
At a short distance, Foki, Emblisi, Agia Ierousalim, Alaties are beaches waiting for you to enjoy their crystal blue waters.
